Thanksgiving Customer Appreciation Giveaway

With Thanksgiving fast approaching I wanted to do a giveaway. I am so thankful for all my customers. I'm thankful that I can work from home while taking care of my little ones. So, I am going to give away a Design Your Own Messenger Sling (choose from one of my in stock fabrics)! This is a great everyday bag and you can wear it on your shoulder or around your torso (perfect when you need your hands free).

For every item purchased in my shop from now until Wed. November 26th (the day before Thanksgiving), I will enter you in the drawing. A winner will be picked on Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving Day). If you purchase multiple items, you will have as many entries as the items you purchase.

The dog ate my homework!

I know, bad excuse. I have not posted anything all summer. I had such a busy summer. Our family made a big move, unpacking, getting settled. I just needed a little break. I did spend most of the extra time just enjoying playing with my two babies (4 and 2 so I guess they're not babies anymore). We painted, visited the zoo, I pushed them on the swings in our back yard (I am so blessed to be able to stay home with them). It's hard to be a work at home mom, it's hard to balance it all and make sure that I keep my priorities in order. But, I am truly thankful that I can be home with them, while running my Etsy shop.

So, now it's time to get sewing. I have so many ideas (just not enough time to do it all). I will be listing some new bags in the shop (hopefully tomorrow). I am also going to do a Thanksgiving Customer Appreciation Giveaway. It's just a way to say "thank you" to all the people who support my work. I have so many wonderful customers, I'd love to give one of them a bag (as a early Christmas gift). Be on the lookout for details (tomorrow, I promise).

I am so sorry that I didn't pick the winner of the Design Your Own gadget case contest until today (it was a busy weekend). New in the shop! These new smaller zip pouches with detachable wrist strap are perfect when you're running out and just want to take some cash, your ID, and a few credit cards! Leave the strap on and wear it as a wristlet, or remove the strap and tuck it into your back pocket. You can also use the wrist strap for a key chain strap! These also make great gifts (bridesmaids, friends, etc...) for under $20! I am also currently working on some new bags (be on the lookout)!
